Reduction of animal products

Fortunately, more and more people are reducing their consumption of animal products or even doing without them altogether.

However, a change in diet is not always easy. Both the food and the choice of recipes change. Depending on which foods are removed or reduced, the intake of certain nutrients can become critical. Due to the partly low calorie density the energy balance can get mixed up.

If this is not done optimally in the medium and long term, problems often arise. Consequences of this are for example:

  • Poor sleep quality
  • Deteriorated skin appearance
  • Digestive problems
  • Lack of regeneration
  • Lack of energy or drop in performance

The new diet is quickly identified as the reason for this. The change back to the traditional seems to be the only solution.

Don’t let it get that far in the first place! In our consultations we evaluate your exact calorie requirement and adapt the nutrient composition adequately. This is the only way to ensure that not only the environment and animals, but also your own body benefits from a plant-based diet.
