This yoga includes gentle, meditative as well as challenging, uplifting exercises and a final active relaxation, during which we learn to mentally wander through our body and relax. In all these exercises it is central that our mental activity is addressed. This leads to a promotion of attention and concentration but also of inner peace.
The course is suitable for everyone, no matter how mobile or not so mobile you are. It is practiced without pressure and expectations. The forms do not have to be executed perfectly, but each participant learns his own limits and gradually grows beyond them.

Just bring comfortable sports clothes. We train in socks or barefoot. Yoga mats will be provided for you.
