In addition to longer supervision, our personal trainer will support you during training sessions. He will put together a detailed training plan for the entire time of the coaching. In addition, two personal training sessions ensure that the quality of the training is optimised to its best.
We will support you on your way for at least three months to reach your goal. You will get to know your body and understand important connections. We make your progress visible with repeated measurements and always adapt nutrition, training and regenerative advice to your current condition. If you have any questions, we are always there for you.
The schedule is individually adapted to your competitions and season, so that you can benefit the most from our support and perform when it is important.
