What do the terms mean?

Spiroergometry?

Spiroergometry is the “gold standard” of performance analysis. It is the most accurate method to determine the performance of a person’s cardiovascular system and to analyze their metabolism. Applications include sports medicine, preventive medicine, occupational medicine, pneumology and cardiology.

Potash measurement?

Calipometry is also a method for the approximate determination of body fat by measuring the thickness of certain skin folds. It not only enables us to measure the body fat percentage, but also provides information about possible imbalances and overloading of the body.

Bio-Impendance Analysis?

The BIA is a measurement of several nutrition and training related parameters. This allows an extensive analysis of body composition, nutritional status and regeneration on a cellular or muscular level.

Basal metabolic rate measurement?

The basal caloric metabolic rate is evaluated by measuring respiration or respiratory gases. Furthermore, this analysis shows the current and long-term state of stress of the body.

Work-Life Analysis?

This is a questionnaire that identifies the current state of recovery and stress. The impact of increased stress in different areas of life with insufficient recovery can lead to a critical psychological state.

Feedback call?

A week into your treatment, your coach will give you a call and will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and explain you how to proceed. This way we can ensure the start of your betteryou experience is a success.
