Would you like to improve your performance in sports? Look no further, the Performance Package is the right choice for you! No matter the sport, whether you run, lift or play in a team – we get you to the next level.

With our analyses we answer the following questions, explain where your strengths lie and uncover bottlenecks and potential for improvement.

  • How good is your basic endurance (aerobic)?
  • How good is your level of performance in the intensive range (anaerobic)?
  • What about recovery and regeneration?
  • Is your metabolism properly trained for your sport?
  • Do you give your body the right nutrients?
  • How does your body influence your psyche and the other way around.

In addition to longer supervision, our personal trainer will support you during training sessions. He will put together a detailed training plan for the entire time of the coaching. In addition, two personal training sessions ensure that the quality of the training is optimised to its best.

We will support you on your way for at least three months to reach your goal. You will get to know your body and understand important connections. We make your progress visible with repeated measurements and always adapt nutrition, training and regenerative advice to your current condition. If you have any questions, we are always there for you.

The schedule is individually adapted to your competitions and season, so that you can benefit the most from our support and perform when it is important.

This is how your performance program will look like.

  • Presentation of your bottlenecks & determination of potential / identification of causes / discussion of solutions / individual nutrition planning / individual training recommendations or discussion with your trainer / answering your questions
