Our Premium package offers you two to three months’ longer care and attention. In addition, you will be supervised by our personal trainer in one-to-one training sessions. This way, we ensure that the right training stimulus is set and that the exercises are performed correctly.

We analyse your physical condition and the current state of your metabolism. In this way we uncover bottlenecks related to energetic and health complaints.
